A few weeks ago, many of you answered the call to pray for Miss Charlotte. Those prayers were in preparation for her big day. That "big day" is one week from today:
Wednesday, April 20
On that day Miss Charlotte will go in for her heart surgery. Lord willing, this will be her last heart-related surgery ever!Will you begin to pray now for Miss Charlotte and her family as they make final preparations and travel to Duke for this surgery?
Psalm 16.8-11
"I have set the Lord always before me.
Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.
Therefore, my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices;
my body also will rest secure,
because you will not abandon me...
You have made known to me the path of life;
you will fill me with joy in your presence,
with eternal pleasures at your right hand."
Isaiah 52.12
"But you will not leave in haste or go in flight
for the Lord will go before you,
the God of Israel will be your rear guard."
